Guidance for Payments;
01. After you apply for the summit your application will be evaluated. if you are eligible to participate “Registration Letter” will be forwarded to your email address.
02. After you get the registration letter to confirm your participation as a participant/Keynote Speaker pay the “Initial Registration fee” for the Conference (50 USD)
03. After payment of the “Initial Registration Fee” you will get Invitation Letter from the hosting partner and you will be added to the WhatsApp Group of the delegates.
04. Guidance to get Visa, and Air Tickets can be obtained through Whatsapp Group.
05. If you need any assistance you can keep a WhatsApp message to +94727573045.
06. After you get the Visa and Air Tickets you can complete the payment of your registration Fee.
07. All payments can be done by Credit Card/Debit Card or Online Payment.
08. It is better for Sri Lankans if they can do the payments as online transfer or direct payments to the Bank other than Visa card payments. For other countries, delegates are advised to do transactions through visa/master cards
