Welcome to the South Asian International Association for Early Childhood Care and Development

International platform for all ECCD educators in South Asian countries to work together to improve quality of ECCD 

.

The South Asian International Association for Early Childhood Care and Development (SAIA4ECCD) is a non-profit international association. Its main objectives are to uplift the quality of early childhood education, capacity building of ECCD teachers, knowledge sharing on ECCD, research and developments in the ECCD sector, support for curriculum developments, and parental awareness and counseling.

SAIA4ECCD gives priority to achieving SDG 4.2 which is quality early childhood education.

SAIA4ECCD is implementing its work in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.

The nature of the world has changed. The present world situation is called as VUCA world. Introduced the concept of VUCA to describe the more volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous multilateral world.

Subject knowledge is not enough to be a talented ECCD teacher. She should be talented with international standards. SAIA4ECCD will be the international platform for educators and all kinds of stakeholders related to early childhood education in global society to build up networks and to share best practices continuously to achieve SDG 4.2 which is quality early childhood education. 


International Project for Capacity Development of Early Childhood Development Teachers

SAIA4ECCD has implemented the “International Project for Capacity Development of ECCD Teachers” in parallel with its international conference series on quality early childhood education. The main objective of the project is to build the capacity of ECCD teachers in South Asian countries, with the support of educators from the global community.
The project includes an online lecture series for ECCD teachers in South Asian countries, covering topics such as curriculum, teaching and learning methods, assessment and evaluation systems, leadership and management in schools, school quality and standards, research and innovation, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
This lecture series is completely free for ECCD teachers in South Asian countries.

ECCD teachers can participate in the following lecture series:

  • STEAM Education in Early Childhood Education
  • Modern Approaches in Early Childhood Education
  • Best Practices of STEAM in Early Childhood Education
  • ECCD Education in South Asian Countries
  • Communication Skills Development in English
  • Professional Development for ECCD Teachers

At the end of the lecture series, participants will be qualified as modern ECCD teachers, equipped with updated pedagogical approaches and the latest knowledge in teaching methods.
Early childhood development teachers will also have the opportunity to become master teachers and master trainers in STEAM education.
You can complete the following lecture series:

  • Certificate on STEAM Education
  • International Diploma in STEAM Education (Level 1)
  • International Diploma in STEAM Education (Level 2)
  • International Diploma in STEAM Education (Level 3)

Participants who wish to obtain an international certificate may register for the final examination. Upon successful completion of all required assignments and the final examination, they will be eligible to receive an internationally recognized certificate at the International Awards Ceremony.


International Conference on Quality Education, 2025

“Capacity Development, Conferences, Networking, Expos,
School Visits, Sightseeing, and Awards on SDGs for
Quality Early Childhood and School Education”

August 10th – 15th, 2025 : Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

 

The International Conference on Quality Education 2025 will be held from August 10th to 15th, 2025, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with the participation of global leaders in education, school owners, principals, educators, teachers, and distinguished VIPs from around the world.

The primary objective of this conference is to enhance the quality of early childhood, primary, and secondary education by empowering STEAM education, employability skills, entrepreneurship skills, green education, and mindfulness—aiming to build multi-talented global citizens equipped with 21st-century skills and spiritual well-being.
Key themes of the conference will include early childhood and school curriculum development, teaching-learning methodologies, assessment and evaluation systems, capacity building for educators, leadership and school management, green education, quality standards in education, research and innovation in education, special education and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in education

Individuals must face the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) situation of the present global society. The conference will emphasize ways to develop skills essential to the 21st century and spiritual well-being to overcome the competitiveness of global society.

This conference is not a one-time event but rather part of an ongoing process aimed at upgrading the quality of education worldwide.

Leading up to and during the event, live interviews, panel discussions, presentations, and an online lecture series will be conducted by international delegates and selected resource persons.

Educators from various countries will participate as keynote speakers, presenters, and facilitators. They will share research findings, best practices, and expert insights to improve educational quality. Based on their contributions in pre-conference activities and conference sessions, participants will be recognized with medals, mementos, and special awards, presented by distinguished VIPs from Sri Lanka.

The conference is organized by the International Association for Quality Education, in collaboration with the Peace Welfare Foundation (Mumbai, India), Dayananda Sagar University (Bengaluru, India), and EBCS Public School (Bangladesh), with the support of various organizations, institutions, and schools from the global education community.
